Dear Authors, Thank you for submitting your paper to the 2025 ASCS Asia Sport Science Conference.We are pleased to inform you that the initial version of the E-Proceedings has been published for papers accepted and registered through ASCS account. Authors can view their papers by visiting the official website: www.ascs.kr. Please refer to the “Notice” section and look for the post titled: “Initial Version Publication_E-Proceeding of 2025 6th Asia Sport Science Conference”.If there is any error in the author information (name, affiliation, etc.), please email the correction request to sport@ascs.kr. Make sure to include the page number, paper title, and the specific corrections needed.For authors who paid the registration fee through the Shaanxi Strength and Conditioning Association, your papers will be reviewed and included in the proceedings after we receive the official list of paid authors and the transferred registration fees from the association. We will finalize the detailed presentation schedule by the end of May and notify all authors. This is very important information, so authors of both oral and poster presentations must carefully check their schedule and prepare for their presentation. Oral presenters are expected to prepare their presentations with clear sections including introduction, research methods, results, conclusions, and implications. To ensure smooth proceedings, they should arrive early and be fully prepared before their scheduled presentation time. Multiple presentation sessions will be held, and each session will be evaluated by a panel of judges to select the recipient of the Best Paper Award. The winner will receive a one-year appointment as a Board Member of ASCS (with the $200 membership fee waived), a certificate of appointment, a Best Paper Award certificate, Asia Rising Excellent Scholar Award, and an invitation to publish in the Asia Pacific Journal of Applied Sport Sciences with the $600 publication fee waived—provided the author wishes to pursue publication.Poster presentations will be conducted online. We will provide a simple template that allows you to present your research purpose, methodology, and results concisely. Poster presenters must join the Zoom session according to the assigned schedule and be prepared. Conference participants may ask questions to poster presenters either verbally or through the chat function. We will also select the best paper award through review for poster papers.
